How it's done.
When a school is introduced to us, we get in touch with the school authorities and setup a landing page for the school, if they don't have already one. We also help the schools to share the volunteer events detail of the school on our website. This would help the school to reach out the volunteers beyond their local area, including their alumni.
Webpage for Schools
Once we collect all the information from school, we will host a single page website as subdomain for the school. Depending on the usage and support for their website and participation of teachers, students, alumni and the volunteers we will host a separate domain registered for them.
What's the process?
We talk to the principal or head master of the school or any person from school who can authorize to make decision for the school. The school authority can nominate someone to work with us and we work with them to start the process.

All our web sites are fully responsive, which would enable the visitors of any school view and respond easily from their mobile devices.
SEO Optimized
The websites we create for the schools are highly Search Engine Optimized (SEO) and they appear in top 5 organic searches by most of the top search engines like Google, Bing, Yahoo.
ALUMNI Database
We also maintain alumni database for high schools for the schools we work with. We keep the database with student's contact details. We send newsletters and the updates about the school on frequent schedule, especially the ones in which the alumni can participate. Importantly, we don't sell the data to ANYONE.
